Weight Loss Assistance
We know there is no magic pill for weight loss. Instead, we offer help with the next best thing.
Our expert life coach will help you discover what habits may be causing you to carry extra weight, and come up with a plan to replace and overcome them.
This is crucial, because while we do offer other temporary interventions, if you don’t change the habits that create weight gain it will just come back. We pride ourselves on creating long-lasting impact for our patients.
First things first – we’ll work with you to discover how to create properly balanced meals, with correct portion sizes. We’ll help you to find what exercises are fun and effective for you. We’ll help you learn to reconnect with your body so you can recognize the signals your body gives you, making you more mindful.
Once this crucial foundation is established, we will perform some more detective work to see what may be off-balance in your body – and how we can correct it. We may offer interventions like medications that can help you lose weight (Phentermine, Semaglutide and Tirzepatide), or we may suggest vitamin injections or supplements that would be more beneficial to you.

Biological Age Testing

A Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones (DUTCH) is a urine test that evaluates the level of sex and adrenal hormones in your body – as well as metabolites. This allows your provider to see what hormones are available in your body, and how much of them your body is able to use.
This important test gives your provider a more in-depth assessment of your well being than a blood or saliva test alone.

Saliva Cortisol Testing
Saliva Cortisol testing is a simple test that can reveal your cortisol levels.
